Here are the Bedroom details:  

• There are 2 oceanfront king suites with private full bathrooms 

• One of the king suites has a tucked-away built-in bunk bed with 2 twin beds 

• There is 1 oceanfront queen bedroom with a shared bathroom 

• There is an oceanview king suite with a full daybed, and shared bath 

• There is another queen bedroom attached to the media and close to the theater room with a shared bath

• The bunk room is within the theater room, has 4 twin beds and a shared bath  

Chefs will rejoice when they cook in this home! The large gourmet kitchen is truly inspired with beautiful light fixtures, quarts countertops, and hexagonal tiles as a backsplash. We recently bought all new pots and pans, so cooking on them is an extra special treat. 

Here are the kitchen details:  

• 2 Sinks, each with disposals 

• 2 Dishwashers 

• 2 Ovens 

• 1 Microwave 

• 6 Burner Gas Range 

• 1 KitchenAid Mixer 

• 2 Fridges, one with an Ice Maker, one located in the walk-in pantry

• Walk-in Pantry, for extra storage

• Long Buffet area, perfect for serving to many guests 

• Tables and Kitchen Bar area that seat 16 easily

One of the most unique aspects of our home is that there are many different areas for gathering. There is a library with pocket doors for a quiet escape, with leather recliners, leather couches, and a large coffee table. There is a long dining area made up of 3 identical square tables (able to be broken apart) for eating, playing games, completing puzzles, and more. There is a large family room with an electric fireplace, comfy leather couches and ottomans, leather recliners, and many cozy blankets to curl up with. There is a wet bar equipped with a sink and marble bar located next to the family room for storing wine, mixing up cocktails, and placing pretty bottles on display. The theater room, with three rows of seating, is for movies, Netflix, or playing video games on the large HD Flatscreen TV. There is an additional room, the media room, for additional TV watching.

Altogether, there are 7 brand new HD Smart Flatscreen TVs throughout our home. The oceanfront hot tub is also a nice place to gather, as well as the fire pit on the patio, surrounded with many Adirondack chairs.. As a last note, there are 2 laundry rooms each equipped with a washer and dryer. All towels and linens are provided, as well as paper products, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
