General Partner

During Brent’s 28-year career as a financial advisor, his interest in income-producing investments led him to Oregon Coast real estate. He has now managed vacation homes for more than a decade. What started as a profitable side job quickly grew into a full-fledged business and, in 2015, Brent launched Oceanfront Properties. The company’s portfolio now includes twelve luxury vacation homes. Brent brings the same careful attention to managing your vacation home that he brought to investors’ financial portfolios. A licensed Real Estate agent in the state of Oregon, he can also help you better understand the Oregon Coast vacation rental market and choose an oceanfront home that is both a good fit for you and a good investment. Karissa

Operations and Media Manager

Karissa joined the team in 2017 as a reservation coordinator. Since then, she has rapidly taken on more responsibilities at OPI, including running the social media and keeping our website up to date. She is an excellent writer, quick with a friendly response, and incredible at organizing all the many details that go into placing guests in a home. She was born and raised in Oregon and is happy to share some of her local favorites.

Melody

Runner and Reservation Coordinator

Melody is a new member of the OPI Team as of 2021, but has been working in partnership with OPI for many years. She loves the Oregon Coast and has lived here for 12 years and knows our homes inside and out. She is our go-to person for on-the-spot guest needs, and is quick to respond to any guest inquiries or questions.

Amber

Runner and Reservation Coordinator

Amber recently relocated to the Oregon Coast and joined the team in 2022. However, she has been working in customer service and hospitality her entire career and truly knows how to make the best guest experience. She is attentive to all guest needs, knows the homes incredibly well, and is happy to offer some of her local recommendations.
