Want to visit the beach? You’re 30 seconds from the back door to the sand on a path just North of the property. Overall, this home has something for everyone in your group. The wide windows maximize the gorgeous view, and the access to the beach couldn’t be easier. 

Here are the highlights:

It’s oceanfront with beach access right down to the sand. There’s a hot tub, 2 indoor wood-burning fireplaces, 2 roomy and private king bedrooms, 2 living rooms, an attached garage playroom with tons of games including foos ball and ping pong, and a newly renovated kitchen with all new appliances. 

The sleeping arrangements are comfy and intentional. Orca Manor sleeps 8 between 3 bedrooms and there are 3 bathrooms. Here’s the breakdown:

• 1 Oceanfront King with private bathroom, top floor

• 1 Oceanfront King with shared bathroom, bottom floor

• 1 bedroom with 2 Queens and 1 lofted Twin bunk, shared bathroom, main floor

• 1 Queen Murphy bed in the bottom floor living room, shared bath
