The Space
Point Break has unbelievable access to Agate Beach, an Oregon Coast favorite. It has sturdy steps with a handrail down to the beach where you can surf, stroll, beach comb, or whale watch. This home has a spacious great room with a gas fireplace and open concept kitchen overlooking the ocean. The kitchen is fully stocked, has granite countertops, 2 large kitchen tables and a bar (seating for everyone!), and a 6-burner gas stove. There are also 2 decks, 5 private bedrooms, a crow’s nest, and game room. Two of the 5 bedrooms are on the main floor and three are downstairs, perfect for groups who need to minimize stairs.

* We allow arrivals at 3:30 p.m. Monday-Saturdays, 5:00 p.m on Sundays. Departures are always at 10:30 a.m

***Absolutely no gatherings, parties, or weddings. Events, such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, and other activities that exceed maximum occupancy are prohibited.
