You are going to love this newly constructed luxury home located just 1 mile from Bandon Dunes Golf Course. With 6 bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms, there is plenty of room for large groups, all on a private 5-acre lot. There is over 1800 sq feet of covered outdoor living space that surrounds a 1600 sq foot putting green. the hot tub and sauna are located in this covered area. In addition to the bedrooms, we have a large gourmet kitchen and island, dining room that seats 12, and a family room large enough for everyone to be together.

And finally…a golf simulator room with seating so you can watch all the action until it’s your turn. There are also golf club storage in handcrafted lockers in the oversized garage.

This home was recently built and is entirely new with all new luxury furniture, appliances, and linens.
