Oregon’s rugged coastline is home to many spectacular beaches with miles of sandy shoreline to explore, state parks and great waves to surf! Pack your beach bag and head to the beach. There are endless outdoor activities and adventures to enjoy along our coastline.

BEVERLY BEACH

Access to the beach and the campground is on the east side of the highway.

MOOLACK BEACH

Parking is on the west side of the highway, with trails down to the beach. Here, if conditions are right, you can spot 4,000 year old stumps in the sand.

COBBLE BEACH

Beach with black stones, and winding staircase down.
Yaquina Head, OR

AGATE BEACH

A beach actually filled with so many agates, you can sit here for hours sifting through the sand.

NYE BEACH

Beautiful beach with shops, restaurants, and wine experiences nearby!

YAQUINA BAY STATE PARK

This parcel overlooks the the mouth of the Yaquina Bay and its entrance to the Pacific Ocean. The lighthouse is easily viewed from the beach below.

SOUTH BEACH

Next to the Yaquina Bay Bridge. The paved jetty trail is great for running, walking or biking. In the summer you can rent bikes nearby if you didn’t bring yours! You can also horseback ride on the equestrian trail or spend time in the playground area!

SEAL ROCK STATE RECREATION SITE

Large off-shore rocks provide a habitat for seals, sea lions, and sea birds. The short trail to the beach is steep in areas, but features an ADA accessible viewpoint at the midway point. There also is a picnic area near the parking lot, and great tide-pools to explore!

DEVILS LAKE STATE PARK

If you don’t want to battle the ocean, take to the lake and kayak, swim, or canoe! You might spot some wildlife even! Located right in Lincoln City.

ECOLA STATE PARK

Located between Seaside and Cannon Beach, Ecola State Park stretches along 9 miles of coastline. There is a diverse array of outdoor activities, including hiking, picnic-ing, tide-pooling, surfing, and wildlife observation.

ROADS END STATE RECREATION PARK

A great beach to escape the crowds! A short path leads down to the beach at the pebbly mouth of a small creek. You can see small islands formed by lava rock where cormorants (birds) like to hang out. At low tide it's possible to clamber around Roads End Point to a secret cove and beach-but don't linger too long because you could get stuck due to the tide coming in!

YAQUINA HEAD OUTSTANDING NATURAL AREA

Features the parks grounds, interpretive center, and light house.
Winter, Spring, Fall: Saturday and Sunday – Gate opens at 8 a.m. and closes at sunset. Monday through Friday – Gate opens at 8 a.m. and closes at 5:30 p.m. July 1 through September 15: Gate opens at 7 a.m. and closes at sunset.

DEVIL’S PUNCHBOWL STATE NATURAL AREA

Super intriguing geology! Parking is limited and is only allowed in parking stalls - please respect the private property surrounding the park. Surfers and surf watchers love this area! During winter storms, water from the ocean slams into the hollow rock formation.

BRIAN BOOTH STATE PARK (BEAVER CREEK)

Enjoy a relaxing walk, picnic, or take in the views of the marsh from the observation deck. The park has over 5 miles of various trails, or you take a guided kayak tour!
The welcome center is open 5 days a week(Closed Tuesday & Wednesday) from 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM.
The welcome center is located 1 mile east of Ona Beach and Highway 101

C&M STABLES

Ride along the coast! The stables offer a variety of horseback riding experiences for beginning, intermediate, and advanced riders.
