YAQUINA BAY STATE PARK
This parcel overlooks the the mouth of the Yaquina Bay and its entrance to the Pacific Ocean. The lighthouse is easily viewed from the beach below.

SOUTH BEACH
Next to the Yaquina Bay Bridge. The paved jetty trail is great for running, walking or biking. In the summer you can rent bikes nearby if you didn’t bring yours! You can also horseback ride on the equestrian trail or spend time in the playground area!

SEAL ROCK STATE RECREATION SITE
Large off-shore rocks provide a habitat for seals, sea lions, and sea birds. The short trail to the beach is steep in areas, but features an ADA accessible viewpoint at the midway point. There also is a picnic area near the parking lot, and great tide-pools to explore!

ECOLA STATE PARK
Located between Seaside and Cannon Beach, Ecola State Park stretches along 9 miles of coastline. There is a diverse array of outdoor activities, including hiking, picnic-ing, tide-pooling, surfing, and wildlife observation.

ROADS END STATE RECREATION PARK
A great beach to escape the crowds! A short path leads down to the beach at the pebbly mouth of a small creek. You can see small islands formed by lava rock where cormorants (birds) like to hang out. At low tide it's possible to clamber around Roads End Point to a secret cove and beach-but don't linger too long because you could get stuck due to the tide coming in!

DEVIL’S PUNCHBOWL STATE NATURAL AREA
Super intriguing geology! Parking is limited and is only allowed in parking stalls - please respect the private property surrounding the park. Surfers and surf watchers love this area! During winter storms, water from the ocean slams into the hollow rock formation.
